We’re happy to announce several new features in our .fi domain registrar service WebCat.

  • Register multiple domains at a time using the shopping cart feature.

  • Warn about detected problems in domain nameserver settings.

  • Sort domains by expiration time and other fields in Your Domains.

  • Edit complex DNS records in WebCat Managed DNS.

  • Add glue hosts to domain nameservers that are within the same domain.

    Recent bugfixes in WebCat

    WebCat had an issue with registering non-Finnish contacts for domains. The issue was related to handling of birth dates vs. personal identification numbers in the correct format. A fix has now been released and registering non-Finnish contacts should work again. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you experience any problems.
