These documents apply to all Clouden services, including WebCat and Tuntikirjaus. Where a service needs rules or information of its own, the document concerned has a section or table for it.

For everyone

• Terms of Service (Käyttöehdot suomeksi): the agreement between you and Clouden, including your rights as a consumer and the model withdrawal form.
• Privacy Policy (Tietosuojaseloste suomeksi): what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights. It also covers cookies.

For business customers

• Data Processing Agreement: our terms as a processor of personal data under article 28 of the GDPR. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
• Sub-processors: the service providers that process personal data on our behalf.
